Here's a funny story. There's an old follower mod for Skyrim called Vilja, which is still one of the most complex, feature complete follower mods for the game (although the voice acting is very rough in places). In fact, not only are all other big follower mods for Skyrim based on Vilja's features, but Bethesda actually copied a lot of Vilja's features for Fallout 4's follower system.
But it's a Swedish mod, made by a Swedish woman. So when you're in Dawnstar, where a Nord blacksmith lives with his canonically pregnant Redguard wife, Vilja stops and tells you how she thinks mixed-race babies are the cutest. The first time I heard it I just about fell off my chair laughing.
