Rayman 3 grew on me as years went by
I don't really hate Rayman 2 (I really loved it as a kid), it just ended up the weakest in original trilogy for me - really like the artstyle, atmosphere and music... but there are too many levels I'd love to skip (even though you can probably 100% the game in one evening)
But Rayman 3 is really fun to replay by trying to improve your highscore, and I absolutely love Fairy Council, Land of the Livid Dead and The Longest Shortcut sections.
I still like Rayman 1 the most out of three, though.

I remember hearing the song in some promo for a boxing match on TV a few months after I played it and I got so confused why they were using some random song from Rayman 3, the concept of licensed music was lost on me.
