I just finished Metal Gear Rising Revengeance on Very Hard. What a good game, I can't wait for the sequel that's totally coming in the future, since Platinum Games has definitely not lost their touch.

No, you just can't access the menu while moving, and it's a non-issue since you can set heals to auto-consume as soon as you lose all of your HP.

Technically, getting hit is what kills your rank since you want to No Damage encounters to ensure S Rank. As far as I know, there's no "No Item" clause during battles.

How do I get this game to run at a decent resolution? I have Lossless, but the mod manager doesn't work, the patcher doesn't actually allow the game to run at my monitor's resolution and just breaks it even worse with massive black bars covering 70% of the screen and broken UI, and the patcher not working means I can't patch in glyphs for my PS3 controller.
