I think it depends on the movement. Two droidekas in a hallway are insanely dangerous because they're difficult to damage, hard to avoid, and they each have two rapid fire blasters. If they were a little smarter they would focus fire on just one jedi and spread their shots in a pattern that can't be blocked in a straight line by a lightsaber. If they were just 3% smarter the droidekas should have killed Obi-Wan or Qui-Gon in their first appearance. In that scene they had every advantage. So the only move is to run away unless you're so OP that you can stop all the blaster bolts in midair and kill them remotely with the force through their shield. In a less restrictive environment the jedi would have more options.
Actually, the tradies should have definitely been able to kill both jedi in that scene if they surrounded them at the intersection with like 12 droidekas but I guess they're retarded.
