the only real issue is that the Facedata can't be emulated properly yet so either the faces will start to glitch out after a few hours until you restart the emulator, or you have to disable Facedata which means you can't customize your character's face (but you're gonna be wearing a hat+facemask for 99% of the game anyway so that's not a problem)
other than that there are very occasional crashes but they're not frequent enough to be an actual problem (i got 2 in an entire playthrough)
aside from those minor issues it runs fine and you can get way higher FPS and Resolution than on actual ps4 hardware

BB, DS3 and Sekiro are the only souls games to have zero shitty levels. DeS would be up there too if it weren't for Upper Latria. The proper dungeons in Elden Ring are also all good, it's just a shame that 99% of the world is empty fields and catacombs and watchtowers and other worthless dogshit.
