natlan sucks, endgame is dogshit, side quests have too much filler and are 9 times out of 10 pointless, events are tedious, action gameplay isn't to my taste to begin with
the things i liked about genshin were exploration and the interesting parts of the story, usually things related to the lore of the world itself. exploration is less relevant than it used to be because most of the rewards you get from it are things you can get 100x faster engaging in other systems and as far as story they'd rather prattle on about irrelevant garbage and literal whos for 800 hours.
it's very clear that the things i like about the game are not its focus. maybe they never were, but at least they used to actually be present and somewhat meaningful.
