Right, which is why he got saddled with all of the recessive genes, invariably meaning his gene expression would be different from Big Boss. Liquid, having all of the dominant genes, would be significantly closer to Big Boss's genetic expression, to the point that there should be no real difference between Solidus and Liquid.
(Yes, I know Kojima was a retard and he meant something closer to superior and inferior soldier genes, but this is what we were told.)
