Exactly this. OSRS is turning into RS3 lite with a pixel filter. They're not catering to the actual long-term playerbase anymore, just chasing flavor-of-the-month streamers and brainless MMO hoppers who'll be gone in 6 months. "Listening to players" doesn't mean anything when the only voices being heard are coming straight from a Discord echo chamber full of ironman redditors who cry when they're inconvenienced by game mechanics.
