1. most of /v/ thinks the new graphics look worse
2. it actually takes a fair amount of effort to finish a character so threads die before anyone can post something
3. ultimately there's not anything new to the game itself so like there's not much to talk about

Nope and nope, you cand draw whatever you want on the frames you get, though. Some people just took a photo of their cat and made it into a character.
