He's a gun for hire who tries to do his job as professionally as possible in slightly satirical stories. He also has a great design with a very stiff face but emotive eyebrows
Death's Head is probably in the same position as Machine Man and Bug, where they're legally Marvel's characters but their connections with licensed comics makes them a legal pain to adapt.
