Attackers end up with 50% snipers sitting in the back... awful experience. It's the most fun game mode when the players have common sense though. But I'm getting too old to put up with the intense frustration of having pussy ass teammates on the attacking side. If they'd play for objectives, and objectives alone... but no.

I'm not saying this didn't sometimes happen in BF, but the tiny ass maps contribute to this ADHD style gameplay where you must move all the time. I remember when BF2 came out and the big feature was that you could have small, medium, and large versions of every map for 16, 32, and 64 players. The maps in this fucking game would be the 16 player size but there are 64 players on them. It's too much chaos. I get there were chaos on purpose maps like Metro, but this is both the city maps, and even the big mountain map still feels too small for 64. It's more like a 32 map from BF2.

My biggest problem with infantry play is despite there being obvious flanking routes no one uses it. You’ll get 2/3 of the team at two chokepoints at a given point on the Cairo map.

I'm having the same issue I can laser a guy in the head at least 5 times then if I so much as get touched I'm down even side stepping in and out of cover for 1 second insta dead. I wish I had been recording my last match. Every guy took a clip to the head I was counting the hit reg sometimes 7 shots to the head and I was downed everytime without any indicator or flash of red. Attackers seem to lose 95% of the time on Breakthrough. Capping point A on Cairo is egregiously bad when you have to hold down the ground floor while the enemy has six different ways they can get at you. No one communicates in these games and attacking is entirely reliant on the person that's driving your team's tank knowing what they are doing.

Same for Liberation Peak. It's much easier for Defense to just set up snipers on the hill then it is for Attackers to work together and take a point.

i think it's fine but the problem is any map bigger than the basic streets map is so open you just spawn into 10 snipers. and smoke etc is nerfed badly you can't escape them. so it feels like you need more movement but i think you need better utility and map design.
