It'll be either E33 or DS2, based on current releases. Whichever they give Best Narrative won't win GOTY (they did this the past 3 years, with GoW: Ragnarok and Elden Ring, Alan Wake 2 and Baldur's Gate 3, and Metaphor and Astro Bot). Voting is weighted 90% for their voting panel (only 10% is audience votes), and the panel consists of a lot of game publications; so based on ratings it seems like it will lean more towards E33.
