problem is in modern games with rankings and reporting systems, experimenting in actual games will just get your account suspended. you have to experiment offline or in private lobbies to come up with new strategies. but many of these types of games nowadays do not have any offline play and do not allow you to make private lobbies, you either play casual or ranked and that's it.
