You accidentally answered your own question. Go make a wise guy dating sim. You can make everyone like Jackie from The Darkness if you really need the monster stuff.

You're the last boss and have to fight progressively stronger heroes. Maybe have some random events like powering up a hero, maybe have a mechanic to take them out early before they've grinded enough exp to be a threat. Could a have a revenge mechanic like in shadow of mordor, etc etc.

The boss is a domineering red demon, and her underlings are all different species of monsters. You go on hits and make plays in the crime family to work your way up. Eventually, the game gives you the choice of marrying the boss or killing her and taking her place
