Old ass game kept stuttering when I tried to go up or down inclines so I fucked around with the settings file for a bit and figured out it was connected to vsync. (Game has a barebones settings menu so you have to fuck around with the game files)
There was no section for that particular 'fix' in the game's PcGamingWiki page so I figured I'd write it down there just in case anyone ever came across the same problem
