Switch 2 Editions that Nintendo have offered all have some big extra feature to justify the purchase beyond being a graphical and performance upgrade.
BotW/TotK has Zelda Notes.
Super Mario Party Jamboree has the new modes dedicated to the USB camera, microphone, and mouse controls.
Kirby and the Forgotten Land has that new campaign.
If they can't justify new content, they just give it an update patch for enhanced Switch 2 performance or features like GameShare or mouse controls. Stuff like Link's Awakening, Echoes of Wisdom, 51 Worldwide Classics, Game Builder Garage.
Point being, of the four Xenoblade titles on Switch 2 (technically five if you count Torna the Golden Country), I think it's more likely that most will only get an update patch and not a full Switch 2 Edition upgrade.
Xenoblade 2 strikes me as the most likely to get the upgrade treatment, because it has the weakest engine with the most room for improvement, and the opportunity for a new story set after the events of the main game and in parallel to Xenoblade's Future Connected story.
