There was something deeply immersive about those games. The art, the music, the sheer handcrafted feel of it all. The way they made you slow down and really soak in every detail, engage with the wolrd on your own terms. They didn’t need flashy mechanics, just well-crafted worlds and stories that unfolded at your pace. It’s rare to find that kind of depth in modern games where everything moves so fast and demands instant reactions and gratification.
