Sega Enterprises Consoles
Do you think their demise was justified?
Do you regret not supporting them when they needed your help the most?
Was it worth supporting the competition in the year 2000 over them?

Nah, their demise was the result of their own hubris. They had all the momentum but blew it with the 32X, Saturn, and bizarre internal politics. By the time the Dreamcast came out-an actual banger console-it was too little, too late. As for supporting the competition in 2000? Sony earned that W. The PS2 was a freakin’ beast with DVD playback and an insane library. Sega had potential, but they self-sabotaged hard. I don’t feel guilty-they made their bed.

You should double check to see what the PS2's library was in 2000. It wasn't great.

I've been loyal my whole life, I did nothing wrong. It's the world that failed me, not Sega.

Justified in the sense that Sega is run by drunk uncles and whoever they picked up in the special needs ward
Good games though. Glad that they're still kicking.

Sega was simply too far ahead of the curve. Slop hardware like the Saturn and the Dreamcast is exactly the kind of hardware products that Nintendo has been selling quite successfully for the past 10-15 years

Pretty much this.

Sega is capable of great things but they seemed to struggle with long term strategy and even today fumble on basic shit. It's seemingly 50/50 if their products are great of trash.

Their output's pretty impressive, thougheverbeit
RGG studios putting out massive games every year through mastering the ancient Japanese art of "Asseto Resaikuringu" and Atlus isn't too far behind in frequency of releases either.
