The remake was fine. I think it's a 6/10 but I am also biased since SH2 is one of my favorite games ever. Its not a great remake but its not bad.
But once they announced that BT was doing the remake, I think fans had every right to complain. I never played Observer (I know people love it) but I played Layers of Fear 1, Blair Witch and The Medium and the latter was the best one they had and I regret playing it. Bloober is a bad developer and I think the only reason the remake was decent is because they had Konami breathing down their necks.

from some angles she looks okay. also, some games have sexualized characters because that's what that game is like but silent hill is not one of those. not every woman in every game needs to be a supermodel. don't get me wrong i love big boobies in my face but it would've completely ruined the atmosphere of the game and her backstory if she looked like a bimbo hooker

It was not "decent" on any metric,
it was LITERALLY the same shit Jewnami had pushed out the past TWENTY YEARS. Literally a fucking SH Homocoming reskin.

Kocknami is literally one of the worst yakuza corpos out there, and single handedly fucked up Silent Hill and Metal Gear. People sucking their dicks clearly were not even alive when #FuckKonami began.
