The force they are pushing onto their human shaped feet is way, WAAAAY greater than any real human can do. In fact I doubt that even if their feet could take such stupid OP force, that it would even translate to the speed IF they weigh as much as normal girls do. There is just not enough surface area and grip to make them accelerate and run as fast as they are, nor the human feet can take and transmit the force they have to exert to get to those speed to the ground.
