The game is pretty good. But i think they should take a little more risk and create more type of enemies. The game just has some variations of the same regular ones.

The pacing. Horror needs brevity, otherwise you become desensitized to it. By halfway through the otherworld hospital, I was just bored. Then the prison happened and it was even worse.
Also, the repetition. Sticking your hand in one mysterious hole is nerve wracking. After that, it's just a game mechanic. They could have subverted expectations by making one of them actually dangerous, but they didn't.
Also, the combat is pretty shit.
