Would you consider New Vegas a "western game"?

eh, in a way kinda, yeah
fallout 3 and new vegas have some western tropes and aesthetic to them but with a twist

Are there any fun mods you guys would recommend for F3/NV? I'm not asking for massive world changes and overhauls just something silly I can mess around with
