Wow, I'm sure you are going to be the only person who brings this up if the thread makes it past 100 posts. Unlike all the other threads where people bring this up every 100 or so posts as if they were sharing some arcane knowledge.

*And my point in saying this, which relates to OP's post, is that Aika is far less obnoxious in the original japanese version.
The game is also way more lewd and funny.
>>718874148 (OP) >Acts like she gives no fucks about you >The moment competition exists she springs to action
Are women really like this or is it just anime? Call me an incel if you want but this behaviour sounds plausible, women don't care about if you're just an option (ie someone she's not really into) but if the male as an option is now being contested she starts acting jealous.
>>718878731 >Are women really like this or is it just anime?
It's the "tsundere" archetype.
It's way over-done in anime but it is a real thing women do IRL.
>>718878731 >Baby doesn't like toy >Another baby picks up the toy >Now the 1st baby likes the toy
It's common human behavior. It's like seeing someones else pickup and happily eat something you thought was inedible. But not everyone lives by that. You're only an incel if you delude yourself into believing that all women are like that and it's why they don't look towards you.

if you put something like this in a modern game your company would be debanked and the developers would get doxxed. this is what the decline of gaming really means

It's decent, I enjoy it. It's main problem though is that it has moves which are affected by positioning but there's no way to control your character's positions
>>718887982 >ヴァイスさんは カッコいいですし >おどり子さんが 見ていたとしても >おかしくないと思いますけど。
Literally the same thing, almost word to word
You should stop saying that English translation is made up, it is way more faithful than a lot of modern localizations

NTA but did you miss the entire interview where the translators said they threw the japanese script out and literally made it up?
>>718891163 >did you miss
I didn't. It is just not true
I already posted samples of the Japanese text, it is almost the same as English translation
What they really changed were basically just names of places like Atlantis -> Soltis
>>718892043
I genuinely can't tell how those 2 are any different.
Meaning is the same, tone of the conversation as well, just with a bit of fluff about new customs added
I guess I am just too used to English localizers completely rewriting the script and still claiming that it is accurate translation somehow
