I've never understood breaking shit out of rage. Like, I get being extremely angry and wanting to strike something or someone, but the instant any desire to smash something has come to me head, I'm immediately greeted with the thought of "If you break something, it'll be gone, you'll have to clean it up and replace it, and this will only make you angrier."
