Sims 1 > Sims 2, across the board. Sims 2 just looks so damn ugly.

I can't get into the sims anymore because I keep going goon mode in Sims 4 creating the same character that fucks random teens, paints portraits of their nude bodies, and hangs them in a dungeon (the paintings, not the teens. I usually just stab the teens to death). I have no serial killer tendencies in real life at all, but it's hot role playing as one.

bro the game got re-released on steam earlier in the year and it runs on modern machines now

Thoughts on expansion packs' towns? I have to say I was a basic Sims 2 kid. Never got any expansion.

I think I played in Veronaville, Downtown and Bluewater Village the most.
I don't think I liked the sub-neighborhood implementation that much... who needed that many lots and families? And why couldn't I reuse the unique Downtown I made in one neighborhood for another neighborhood? Or at least I think I remember them being entirely different save files
