You literally cannot point out a single error in his philosophy.

No shit, that's why he is the only Yakuza antagonist to outright get away with everything.

He facilitated murder.
The parents of those bullies did not need to lose their children just because the parents of the victims did. None of the bullies themselves had murdered their victims, they were just assholes to people so weak they'd rather take their own lives than stand up for themselves.

If someone takes the life of a member of your family, then your family has every right to decide that person’s fate. Whatever your family decides to do is, by definition, morally correct.

So you're saying Kawai's family has the right to decide the fate of Reiko Kusumoto?
Because Kawai didn't kill anyone, again he was just an asshole. Reiko was the only one who actually killed anyone in that whole situation.
Regardless, your reasoning is completely arbitrary.

Only a man with an arbitrary moral compass would come to that conclusion. Any man of sound mind would understand how my reasoning works in Kawai’s case, which you seem to be having a lot of trouble with.

Your reasoning is based on sympathy for victims, how noble, but murder only creates more victims. What if Kawai became a father? Is it really right to rob a family of a father because he bullied a kid in high school until he tried to kill himself? Mitsuru's decision to commit suicide was without Kawai's consent or knowledge. Just because Kawai's actions provoked it, doesn't make it right that he and his loved ones suffer for it.
