Eushully Alchemy Meister and Castle Meister, which are not too grindy RPGs with turn based grid combat over partial fog of war maps and with crafting. Despite being an RPGMaker gamer there is no grind since xp is limited. Has timer mechanics and choices that matter, as in they affect survival of characters (even harem members) and cultural/political/economical developments in all the nations that mc gets involved with.
