It's doing pretty good despite what the doomers say. Balance is touch and go but it could be a lot worse.
Healers are probably the most broken role in the game and will absolutely carry you to high rank if you can survive the enemy team trying to jump you 24/7(they have the tools to keep themselves alive if you're halfway decent).
Yeah you're a little late to the party but who honestly cares, if you wanna play a hero shooter with actual superheroes it's pretty fun.
