How are you liking it? I loved the game but I'm never touching the game (or the remake) again with a ten-foot pole after how much I hated P5. I remember feeling like I was starting to get sick of the cast too after the gorillion spinoffs.

On the other hand I must sadly say that people who like Risette have absolutely poor taste in women. I play Persona 4 for the visual novel elements. I only want to feel good with virtual friends in a comfortable atmosphere. Shin Megami Tensei and Persona 1,2 are unappealing to me as they are too hardcore with their RPG dungeon crawling. Plus my beloved waifu only exists within the Persona universe. You are free to enjoy SMT but I'll think I stick to Persona.

It isn't really easier than P4, there's just more QoL and the design choices behind dungeons is committed to the fact there's now more than one (Tartarus P3).
So loot and shadows resetting on changing floors makes sense, now that there's no checkpoints.
Gameplay is hardly a reason to bash P4G. It just followed up on design decisions from 4 and added QoL. Play P3 FES for a while and you'll see where they were coming from.

I don't like the 3rd Personas. The evolution to ancient Gods is a thematic carry over of the original games. I hate that the cheesy looking recolors of the originals became a thing in 4 and 5 re-releases. I also think Golden ruins BOTH mysteries in P4, which is I think the worst thing about Golden.

Alright, faggots, since so many of you are such experts when it comes to choosing the best version of persona games riddle me this - is playing p3p a mistake? If yes should I play reload or original instead?
