Unless you are a minmaxing autist and wipe everything on first turn, then it becomes irrelevant and you hardly notice bosses.

I find the problem isn't that enemies aren't beatable, but more so that their stats just eclipse you massively because of how forbidden jobs/races operate, the balance going into Goddess/Demon route isn't that bad once you get a sealed job mastered you clear easily, Chaos has it similarly, but forbidden jobs are considerably harder to max and even unlock and the game frontloads the stat bloat really bad after you get out of Enrika forest with the first calamity fight.
