Tonight, I was locked out of my apartment for over two hours while I waited for my landlord to let me back in. Neither he nor any of the maintenance guys at my building were responding to texts or phone calls, nor were they actually on-premise.
After about a million attempts, my landlord finally agreed to send over some random jeet I’d never seen in my life to open the door. I’m actually still waiting for him now. He said it would take 20 minutes to get here. It’s been 20 minutes. He isn’t here.
So if your Friday night is going badly, buck up, because it hasn’t been going as badly as mine.
