When will a top game studio create a GTA-like in Brazil? This is a gold mine just waiting for someone to grab it. There are endless unbelievable true crime stories here, it just needs someone to string them together into a plot.

Then again, they could just throw in some stuff about the CIA being the cause of all the problems. Or maybe there are some Brazilian dev teams who don't mind acknowledging their country's issues.
