Basically this. I unironically had more fun playing old Fortnite than Apex Legends. Then they went and ruined Fortnite with all the gay ass collabs and nerfs and shit catering to no-life ranked faggots. It's like the devs for multiplayer games don't realize you can patch and buff and nerf shit strictly for said mode without touching the base game for everyone else. Fucking retards.

Fuck no. It started out amazing, then for a while it got even better, but then they started putting less and less effort on each season, the controller autoaim issue got worse, and they kept adding more and more DEI shit to the point it was becoming hard to even stomach the game itself to enjoy the gameplay.
Dealing with the autistic eskimo put me off from the game for a while, and when I wanted to come back I saw the upcoming legend was a tranny and the new map was severely undercooked, and I peaced out for good.
The worst fucking offender was what they did to Bloodhound in the spanish dub of the game. That legend was one of my favorites, and was actually a she in said dub. So imagine logging in one day and discovering you were being forced to hear Bloodhound speak in fucking Latinx , and all the other characters also using that shit when referring to her, with no way to turn it off. I had to change it to the english dub, which granted was also pozzed but at least the language was still 99% unmolested.
Holy fuck I hate modern Respawn.

Maybe a few times a month and sometimes none at all.
Apex has really good movement and shooting mechanics but it's a damn shame it's all focused on battle royale I also wish there was an option to specifically disable mad maggie snd rampart
