is Total War: WARHAMMER II a good entry to the series?

I never played warhammer games before and I wanted to try out the series with this game since warhammer 3 seems buggy right now

Yeah it's fine. It's just game 3 stuck in 2021 so less deamons, smaller campaign map and no chinks
