No. Communism will never, ever work. It's not that the model itself doesn't work, because on paper, it makes perfect sense. However, human nature is inherently selfish and self-interested. Even if you could force compliance or reach unanimous agreement, within three or four generations the entire system would either collapse or morph into something unrecognizable. Total solidarity cannot be maintained; human beings are too chaotic and unpredictable. Their psychology is vastly complex and varied. Differing opinions lead to disagreements which lead to conflict and a breakdown of systems. Not to mention the inherent human desire to either lead or be led, for better or for worse, and there will always be those who seek power and influence for personal gain, such as the dark triad.
For the kindred, who embody the worst aspects of humanity amplified, and eternal, who cannot reveal themselves and collectively must exist within hidden microcosms, it would be even worse. They would never reach a consensus or agreement to begin with, and if they did, it would be false. Deception and scheming, or simple disagreement due to an abundance of free will and a lifespan eternal making you aloof, or bitter, or paranoid. The kindred could never achieve communism. Their entire fate is to eternally kill each other.
