despite what some may think, most women still think they have to hold the societal standard of "being pure" that sex is bad and that they should be ashamed of their bodies, especially in very rural areas. So, they create scenarios where they are victims of the very thing they desire, and thus, they can't feel guilty.
In a lot of trans fiction, the person transitioning is forced to do so, because the reader most often than not wants to transition but it goes against their perceived societal norms, if they are forced to do it, they can't feel bad for doing it, and more importantly, they can't be judged for doing it.
