No you dope, new track every Tuesday. They mentioned they'd upload one or two tracks every Monday or Tuesday and they've been consistent on Tuesdays for the past couple of weeks. Also there's only 3 songs with vocals uploaded so far, I wouldn't even consider The Calm, The Trainyard, and The Storm as individual tracks, just transitions from one vocal song to another.

I think this album is significantly weaker than act 2 so far. Nothing has come close to Breaking Out, Keep Quiet, or Light Up the Night in pure rock and nothing has evoked any kind of significant emotion or storytelling skill like The Good Doctor
