I got bored with the tutorials.
It's like Cyber Punk that way, have to remember a dozen different key strokes. I'd rather learn guitar chords.

Once you actually git gud and are able to deduce what the next monster is gonna be from past encounters you do get a sense of having badass detective skills. And n u best be playing on the hardest difficulty. What, you think fighting giant monsters is supposed to be easy?

The last wish and sword of Destiny are anthology stories with a few of the stories setting up the plot to the main book series. If you've played the witcher 3 do don't really need them by I think the anthology books are the best part of the series. season of storm and crossroads of ravens are prequels written after the fact. crossroads of ravens just came out, I haven't read it yet.

Witcher 3 is just one of those games that was just the product of its time. If you didn’t play it when it first came out, you’ll never enjoy it. Hell, I played it when it came out and even I had to force myself through those last few hours. The game falls off extremely hard the second you enter that giant city, and it only keeps getting worse as you continue

Dimeritium bombs are good for a tedious wild hunt boss fight and there is really no down side to using oils. Once you craft one you have it forever, they're non-consumables. Maybe they ware down your sword quicker but if they do it's not by much.

Don't bother doing all contracts and interest points and shit you come across else you will burn out by the time you get to Skellige, do the ones that sound interesting and explore areas that catch your attention as you follow the MQ.

it mostly just how Geralt met Dandelion, Yen and Ciri. If you've played the witcher 3 or just read enough to know that Geralt adopts Ciri then the Ciri fake out death is already ruined and if you didn't then I'm sorry I just spoiled it for you but If you know who all those characters are you good to read on.
