VTMB2 WORST STUTTERING OF THE LAST 5 YEARS
>the game was stuttering 20,29% of the entire time of the benchmark, which is by far the worst result I have ever seen. Usually, even the worst cases of stuttering reach around 9 or 10%. The analysis thus confirms the subjective experience: this is perhaps the worst example of stuttering seen in a long time in a PC game, and we've seen a lot in the past few years.

It's not the engine's fault, it's a skill issue on the part of the developers.

I don't want to intentionally be a dick to indians but like...did work get outsourced back in the day? I feel like basically every game I ever owned worked well. I just played dying light the beast and there were so many show stopping bugs it ruined the experience.

I worked QA back in the day and they used to not be able to ship games with showstoppers (crashes/ progression blockers). Being able to fix games with patches must have made the publishers more lax and removed the need for dedicated QA teams when you can just use the paying customers.
