Something I've found eerily disturbing and bordering on uncanny valley is Kendl's eyes. Specifically from the original versions of GTA SA.

They look like dotted eyes you see in a cartoon. Most of the time, you can barely see her pupils in cutscenes unless the resolution was pulled all the way up. Compared to other characters whose eyes and pupils you can see as clear as day, Kendl is the only one programmed like that to stand out.

They look like the kind of stereotypically black bead dotted eyes you see in Western cartoons. Or like Bright Noa from Gundam.

Still don't know why they pushed him as the best bud. As if anyone actually bothered to jack the yay leaving San Fran whenever he starts crying about it. He seemed more like set dressing than anything else.
