How many horror games let you control fluids?

Just make it so that the enemies can tank a 100 bullets. Problem solved

There has yet to be a game that has you actively control your bladder

You can't say the game wasn't scary if you failed to control your fluids while playing it

well duh, I'd rather have character controls

Fighting with unintuitive controls and RNG will always be annoying and not scary.

Define fluid, because to me a game like Alien Isolation feels fluid and that game gives me the heebie jeebies

VR the future of horror confirmed.
Legitimately though, RE7 on PSVR broke my scary bone I think. Once you're immersed in a moldy basement so real you can practically smell it, 2D gaming isn't going to do it anymore.

Agreed. Obviously 8 wasn't very scary anyway but after 7 in VR, playing Village was just "I will kick your ass you shitty monster".

Especially when those top tier cyborgs try to cover their weak point and you poke your shotgun round and shoot it anyway.

I loved that game too! "Mutant Blobs Attack" was similarly enjoyable.

VR games are the most scary ones and have most intuitive controls, RETARD. Controls don't help when there's a 3D spider crawling on your face

wrong. i was replaying SH2 a couple of weeks ago and even though i know for a fact i killed all the enemies in the apartments i was still very creeped out and uncomfortable because horror is about atmosphere and not having shitty controls, that is and has always been a midwit take

t. highest iq resident evil fan
It's the opposite. If you know you can't fight, then you don't expect to win and you let go of any hope and with it any possibility of fear, regret, anger etc.
The scariest games are the ones where you think you're hot shit but then you're not like AvP.

Sorta this. Though I'd argue you don't necessarily need to be led into believing you're hot shit. Giving you a good sense you can hope for survival (WITH good controls/gameplay), and then having that hope be slimmed or yanked away, is enough
