Pvp kill is easy just go into the sarn arena with a buddy.
CTF is a little more difficult because you need 5 buddies for the queue to pop (events board)

There's a new type of tab for it, same price as regular premium tabs (or you can convert a legacy premium tab if you already had one). It's kind of weird to use because the tab gets removed from your stash entirely and only exists in the NPC's menu.

It does nothing for BV, Anons.
The % Less damage mod on Unleash has never applied to BV because of how the game tracks BV's damage stats. It's a soft form of snapshotting, which has almost no relevant uses.
80% More damage will never apply because the Seals will unleash so quickly you can't pop Blade Blast between any of them to then snapshot the More damage mod.

You're not at all reading what I posted. You just looked at 2 keywords and made an assumption.
When you're using Spell Echo, you can Blade Blast in the middle of it to have only the last cast on-field. If you specifically use Greater Spell Echo from Pledge of Hands, which gives 2 Repeats and grants 30% More damage and 50% Increased AoE per repeat, you can snapshot a BV with 60% More damage and 100% Increased AoE by cancelling the first 2 stacks with Blade Blast. Additional stacks will retain this bonus until the whole stack is lost.
Of course, you're using a Pledge of Hands, which means you don't get your normal weapon bonuses, but Unleash functions the same way for this information.
So as a result, BV can't gain the % More damage from Oshabi Owl ascend's Unleash effect. You'd just get the extra casts.

It’s difficult to explain to somebody functionally fixed within their own ancient subgenre how or why what they ask for or believe to be beneficial is poorly thought out.
