Don't forget most important and egregious part- the game is same buggy mess without proper patching or fixing, meaning you have to bother with installing bunch of mods because it runs on same outdated engine version. They could have at least recompiled the game to run on 64bit engine or made a patch that would make game run on 4GB RAM. Base FNV runs like shit without 4GB patch and NVSE.
