I played WC3 only for custom games in multiplayer. TD, hero defend, escape, other weird maps. No other game has scratched that itch yet. Dota 2 tried but it's inferior platform for custom games desu

Why illidan became the dog of kiljaden after he ate the skull of guldan? Also, Why can't he just rule from outland? Kiljaden can't do shit to him there

kiljaden is strong enough to cast sacrifical pit on illidan and can follow him anywhere even if he can't fully materialize
but funnily he probably wasn't actually going to kill him when he failed to melt the lich king (he has better things to do than punish a failure like illidan)

Did you know that the Blizzard-made custom game named "Monolith" (a sort of co-op horde mode where you fight against creeps) has a special cheat code?
You can type -creepmeout and play as a random race of creeps.
It is interesting because you can see how Blizzard would have developed a race of Furbolgs, Satyrs, Spiders and so forth

Kiljaeden and demons in general can kind of do whatever they want in Outland because the planet is already fucked, the reason they don't is that they have better things to do than start giant wars over nothing
later in WoW (i know i know) the plot of TBC is basically just Kil'jaeden turning Illidan's allies on him, turning on the Dark Portal just to invite more enemies for Illidan and ruin his power without ever fighting him directly

I haven't watched them all but from what I've gathered the gist of it is just doing crazy macro plays on every map and massing shit. Looking at the NE campaign he beat the first mission by attacking the enemy base with like 30 ancients of war.

I haven't played WC3 in forever, I think I have one old 1.27 or 1.29 copy on my computer and a recent patched version. I've heard that fan remasters/"enhanced" versions of campaigns are becoming popular, does anyone have any recommendations?
