When this flops, Microsoft will be shutting down Obsidian, correct? Considering they're no longer selling Xboxes now.

There will be enough basedmales propping this up. 1st game did get a bunch of DLCs.

I liked the 1st game, I could look past whatever woke stuff it did. This time around it looks like they upped the ante of excluding white men, so fuck em.

They probably will shut it down, but not because the game flopped. Obsidian released all the games they had, so they require money for +7 years of development. Suits can invest the same money in the stock market and get much more profit from AI bubble

> Grounded 2 is in early access and is a massive success
>> BUT IF OUTER WORLDS DOESN'T REACH 9999K MILLIONS IN STEAM (even though it's an xbox game pass game) IT'S SO OVER FOR OBSIDIAN!!! :DDDD

Reminder that even Asmongold liked Avowed, you guys are just bitter lonely incels desperate for drama.

Yeah, ok.

Outer Worlds 1 wasn't a failure, neither was Grounded 1. Nor was South Park Stick of Truth nor Tyranny.

Aw fuck, not again. I confused BioWere with Obsidian. They're doing better I guess, Tyranny was fun but I still gave up halfway through.

>Tyranny
Tyranny did not meet sales expectations

>"We're overall ok with it, I think," echoes Shams Jorjani, Paradox's vice president of business development. "Everyone was hoping that it would do better."
>In fact, Tyranny's performance at release came in just under the Swedish publisher's expectations.

The base game generated a lot of buzz because people weren't wise to Obsidian's modus operandi of insubstantial limited scope games yet, but I doubt the dlcs were as successful. I have no idea what they're even about or how many there are, because no one ever talked about them.
