Could just be another FotM game, we will see in a few months after release. I know a lot of Tarkov players liked it, but it will never replace Tarkov since Tarkov cannot die. It’s easier, more forgiving and more streamlined than Tarkov, so to a game developer/ corporation it should theoretically take over EFF but what we have all learned in the past decade is people won’t stop playing Tarkov because it is such a sweaty, autistic and brutal game.

I try not to pay attention to it and the player characters I don't mind much, you rarely notice anything they were. There's no achievement behind the cosmetics so nothing is of note

rust servers now wipe daily or every 3 days instead of 3 weeks like before, or 3 months like way before, because players demand it

I like the skins, and I like the aesthetics of the game. I think Embark will do a good job with cosmetics, how they did with the finals which has a stupidly huge amount of shit to pick from.

I also had fun during the playtest, but I can see the issues 3rd person will cause. The game would be much more interesting and intense if player models were blocked if LOS is interrupted for the avatar.
