They know we're in the slop era. AI slop is the perfect slop for the reasons he stated. It doens't matter if the quality is all fucked up, or if it's not even a game really, people get to have personalized slop on tap and they will pay for it.

So vibe coding is going to be free? afaik people who do it pay for that cursor program, I've seen games they've made but only super nerds are paying for that shit.

total bullshit. this won't happen for a long time. maybe ever. how would this even work? think about it logically, how would it work? would you just type in "make me an exciting cool fps game like cod with a 10/10 story and grfx" and then it would just code that for you and magically make all the assets and put them together on the fly? total bullshit. literally never gonna happen. not even in a thousand years...

The games people posted on twitter where pretty gud and enjoyable. If I remember correctly also just like 1k lines of html code.
Don't think AAA games. But stuff like a fun pixel shooter with upgrades and stuff.
Usually llms dont '"get" stuff, so those suck. But it was actually enjoyable playing it and getting the cool upgrades.

Way back when (2 years ago) techbros figured the AI would be able to generate code for their NFT apps, they quickly realized they can't describe what they want and the engineers were just translating their retarded ideas into functional products. Vibe coding is the same techbro now with basic programming knowledge requesting barely logical features to the AI and then copy-pasting it.
And when that doesn't work they just copy-paste it back into the AI and ask why it isn't working.
