Halo was baby's first FPS and was the easiest online game on the market to play, then Call of Duty showed up and did everything better.

Im playing halo ce (the original) alone on heroic for the first time, I only ever beat it coop before because I thought it would be too hard and repetitive to be interesting without a friend. And I must say it's fucking peak, it is a bit repetitive in some levels but the combat is so good it makes up for it, how did they get everything so right on their first game?

Halo only had the advantage because it had online on a console. CoD quickly took the king of console fps crown from it when people realized Halo isn't actually all that good.
