I wouldnt dare to count Oot's child link entire part as the intro. The first few dungeons are enjoyable and theres a few bumps in the exploration part that may leave you scratching your head while you roam around freely in the world. When you play that for the first time you arent left wondering when is the game going to start, because you are already given freedom to get lost and discover shit.
The intro would be roughly the first 5 minutes looking for a shield and a sword, and arguably the deku tree, but you can get through that as fast as you know.
Majora has the first 3 days as a deku scrub which has the game literally telling you that you cant explore anything yet until the 3 long days pass and you do the thing. No way of optimizing this part and even with the fast forward song it takes forever.
Wind waker has the pirate fortress stealth mission right after you find the sword, which removes it from you and it also requires you to advance extremely slowly.
TP is just the worst offender of this because the padding and unnecessary tutorials takes it to the next level. But yeah, it took BotW since Oot to leave the player some agency to have fun and figure shit by himself at his own pace.
