I just had a game with one dude and his friend finding me behind walls when I decloak with regular invis watch and many such cases of just flicking towards me when I decloak a lot further away.

Sadly not much can be done about it.

yeah but if you bomb him as soldier or flank him as scout you only die maybe 1 in 4 attempts compared to literally every time provided you don't miss your meatshots

snipers that aren't hacking kind of suck no matter how good they are because of the fact that TF2 isn't a death match game, it's an objective based game, and snipers are worthless at attacking an objective and surprisingly bad at actually defending objectives. Like, snipers will rack up tons of kills while failing to actually prevent the opponents from capturing their points and stealing their intelligence

actually think about the conditions in play for a minute
>snipers are defended by the entire enemy team
>snipers can usually see every path that'll eventually lead to them, if they cant stop you from going down that path they can either prepare themselves to attack you or reposition themselves so that you have to fight through enemies. the flank option also relies on you being able to get through it without dying
>divebombs rely on the sniper not being covered by a sentry, heavy, or a soldier/demo that can land airshots.

>spy relies on the enemy team never spychecking with how far back you usually need to go to hit the sniper
and all of these options will more likely than not result in a trade if you can even get to the sniper, meaning that by the time you're back up the sniper's also back up as well and you have to start the whole process over again.

that objectively makes no fucking sense at all dumbass. if a guy is keeping the enemy in the respawn screen or locking down chokepoints then how is he not helping defending? if he's a good sniper then he automatically has pressure just by existing even if he's not vulnerable. people who think fragging out in an objective mode is useless are retarded and are almost always people who cannot defend themselves and love to blame teammates when they die
